Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by speaking with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Turnsusa Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help when a provider is licensed.
