What to expect after you reach out

How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who You Talk To

When you reach out, you talk to an independent provider in our network. This is a local business that pours concrete for a living. Turnsusa Concrete makes the introduction and then steps back. The provider answers your questions, visits your property if needed, and puts the quote in writing.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Expect a relaxed chat. The provider will likely ask about the size of the space, what is there now, and how you use it. They may ask about slope, drainage and where snow gets pushed in winter. Photos of your yard can help. Many providers can respond quickly, and Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

A few good questions go a long way.

  • How will you prepare the base, and how deep will it be?
  • How will water drain away from the house?
  • What thickness and mix do you plan to use for our climate?
  • Will there be control joints, and where?
  • How long before we can walk or drive on it?
  • Will you sealing the surface, and when?
  • Who handles permits, and are you licensed and insured where required?
  • What does your written warranty cover?

You Are in Control

You decide who to hire. You can ask for more than one quote, take a few days, and say no. Be careful with anyone who pushes you to sign on the spot, or who only quotes by phone. Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by size, thickness, finish and site conditions, so get the numbers in writing and compare the details, not just the total.
